Series I Recap

The month opened with a $805,392,996 balance and closed with a balance of $819,243,438. The seven-day effective yield ended the month at 4.54%. The monthly seven-day average effective yield for the month was 5.31%. Average maturity ended the month at 27 days.

At the end of the month, the Series I portfolio had 14% of its portfolio assets allocated to overnight investments/cash, corporate securities made up 13% of the assets, commercial paper represented 8%, CDs represented 9%, and Treasury & Agency represented 56%.

Series II Recap

The month opened with a $64,999,838 balance and closed with a balance of $70,375,143. The thirty-day SEC yield ended the month at 5.21%.

At the end of the month, the Series II portfolio had 4% of its portfolio assets allocated to overnight investments/cash, corporate securities made up 39% of the assets, commercial paper represented 10%, CDs represented 18%, and Treasury & Agency represented 29%.

Fund Comparison

On March 29th, 2024, the S&P AAA & AA Rated GIP Tax 30 Day Yield Index was 5.36%, the Series I Pool’s 7-day SEC effective rate was 5.32%, and the Series II Pool’s 30-day SEC effective rate was 5.51%. All Pool rates are quoted net of fees and expenses.
